Efficient Falcon 5/C MultiPurpose System
Overview
Don't let the small size of the Falcon 5/C fool you. This full-featured Conduction+Convection table top machine produces big results, and gives you exceptional value for your reflow dollar. Our patented design for balanced heating and cooling means low cost operations on production runs of substrates up to 5" by 5.75", and the 5/C's 420° C maximum heat will handle fluxless gold tin reflow, singulated ball reflow of BGA's, fixtured double-sided boards, large microwave components, and various substrate materials. With conductive heating from below, convection heating from above, and precise temperature calibration and atmospheric purity, you get total control of your reflow work.
You can work right-to-left or left-to-right on this semi-automatic system, so fitting the 5/C into your production line is easy. The 5/C's seven zones include a cooled loading platform, four Conduction+Convection heat zones, a top and bottom liquid-cooled offload platform. Independent set point controls for each zone offer exceptional profile flexibility and consistent, precise temperature control. Our sweeperbar transport includes a dwell mode for timed delay of movement through any zone.
