Falcon Inline Wafer Handler 48
Overview
The Falcon Indexing Wafer Handler 48 can send or receive 4" to 8" silicon wafers from most standard wafer cassettes. No teaching is needed when switching between 4" through 8" wafer cassettes. The Falcon IWH 48 comes in a clean room ready stainless steel package. Its belt driven conveyors provide safe, smooth transport of wafers in and out of the cassettes. A lamp tower indicates ready and not ready states, prompting the operator to replace a cassette when needed. SMEMA compatibility comes as a standard feature, allowing the Falcon IWH 48 to integrate with most other equipment.
Along with Sikama's Falcon ICS 412 (Inline Flux Coating System) and Falcon 8500 (reflow oven), we provide a cassette to cassette system for wafer bumping. Whether you plate, screen or use ball-attach, Sikama International can now supply you with a total solution for your bumping requirements.
